90-AMP, Exhaust Cleaner, Clean Exhaust Type

Exhaust cleaner, series 90-AMP, can be used inside a clean room. 90-AMP is made from materials compatible with secondary battery manufacturing. Depending on operating conditions, exhaust air cleanliness may be equivalent to Class 100.  Since exhaust air from pneumatic equipment can be released directly into a clean room, piping to ducts is unnecessary thereby reducing piping labor costs and increasing space savings.
