90-SFD, Clean Air Filter

90-SF series clean air filters are available as cartridge type or disposable type models.  The filtration level is 0.01 micron (filtering efficiency of 99.99%) on units with membrane elements.  The SFB20, with a sintered metallic element, has a nominal filtration of 120 micron.  90-SFD is made from materials compatible with secondary battery manufacturing.

• Maximum operating pressure: 1.0 MPa (at 20°C)
• Initial pressure drop: 0.03 MPa (at inlet pressure 0.7 MPa, maximum flow)
